1. 7-Day Returns & Exchanges (For Any Reason)
- If you are not satisfied with the product, face size issues, or change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packing.
- To initiate a return, simply contact our WhatsApp Support at 0329-0086920 with your Order ID.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours.
- Send a photo/video of the product to our WhatsApp. We will send a 100% Free Replacement immediately.
3. Refund & Restocking Fees
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any extra fee for processing your returns.
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 7 business days after we receive your returned parcel.
